"A sophisticated and steamy holiday romance about finding the magic of Christmas and rediscovering a belief in Love... Ms Woods masterfully portrays the young children in this story believably, which is difficult for a lot of authors. The pacing of the story is … luxurious, the setting is magical with snow constantly floating down, and the inventive details of Santa’s Secret Village. The international location and characters are wonderful it allows the reader a glimpse into the customs and traditions of other countries. The story is so lush that I thought that it would be purely a Romance, with little to no sex, boy was I wrong. The sex scenes are not just hot they are steamy (literally in one instance) and extremely sensuous. There is character development by Eva, Rudi and Isabel. Even tertiary characters, the mother-in-law and the ex-wife have almost suspiciously rapid turnarounds.
